    1. Oprah I ve found your next Book Club Book Amy Scher has taken the large and sometimes overwhelming world of energy medicine and healing and digested it into a book that is informative, inspiring and usable This isn t one of those books that will sit on my shelf it is one that I will refer to often and already has pages underlined, pages dog eared and favorite quotes on post its by my desk It is a great book to share with friends and discuss together And it is not for people only with a chronic i [...]

    2. I ve read like 50 books on how to heal Lyme and this one pretty much sums them all up wish I had found it first

    3. This book is a break down of how you can come to take the power of your own well being back for yourself Very powerful read I would like to thank the publisher and Net Galley for the opportunity to read this ARC.

    4. Me When life kicks your ass, kick back is your mantra Why is this idea important to you Amy It s funny because this started off as meaning kicking back as in kicking life s ass right back when it gets tough But over time, I interpret it as kick back as in relax I ve learned there is a certain balance between forging ahead with conviction to overcome something and letting go so it can unfold They are both essential to overcoming any obstacle.Read the rest of my interview with Amy here beingandwr [...]

    5. This book is LIFE CHANGING Coming from someone that thought she knew A LOT about this kind of thing, Amy presented things I didn t even realize I didn t know Things that are quite simply GAME CHANGERS There is soooooooooo much information packed into this book you must have your highlighters, pens and stickies ready It will be a reference book of mine for certain LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this book

    6. As a professional coach, I m an avid reader and writer of books on healing This one rocks Lots of solid information with helpful exercises that are easy to understand and doable I highly recommend it to therapists, coaches and people who need helpful, easy to use tools for healing.

    7. Great resource, she takes a large amount of information on emotional mind body healing and health and explains it in a pretty succinct and accessible way.

    8. I LOVED this book It is my habit to stick post it flags at spots where I find highly relevant bits that I want to type out, reflect on and keep forever In Amy s book, I had to stop and make my notes after reading the first half because there were so many post its marking so many spots that I knew I would be completely overwhelmed if leaving my note making until the very end It s a good thing I did it that way I ve now finished the book and there s an absolute sea of post it flags to work through [...]

    9. I can t imagine anyone who would find this book useful If you find this book worthwhile, it s clear you didn t read Louise Hay or Donna Eden or Candace Pert or any of the other people she half name drops in this work This is like the kiddie version of those well researched and thorough systems, opting instead for a sort of kitchen sink approach A real red flag always shows up to me after describing a technique that clearly belongs to someone else she says, basically, or do whatever you want Look [...]
